"Horrible update!!! Ever time I try to order on the app to check in at the location it constantly cancels my order. I even did it in the DT. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Also wouldn't allow me to place my order to pick up inside (yes inside is open for pick up)."

"The App will not load in Taco John's. At home, I can login, but there is no menu or button to scan the bar code. I checked the receipt and the senior discount reduced the amount to less than $5. I only need one more punch, but this is a waste of time."

"App worked great on my old phone. Downloaded onto new phone. Now it won't even open Uninstalled & reinstalled many times"

"The app does function. The problem is why use the app at all? You can order food from it. But there are no coupons. Only benefit is buy 8 meals get one free, but Stores don't have a scanner to register your app and the receipt scanner doesn't work. I have to wait in line either way and get no coupons, no reason to waste space on my phone for a pointless app."

"I don't have Facebook anymore so I can't login to my account that had two free meals that I had earned. WHAT DOES FACEBOOK HAVE TO DO WITH TACOS?"

"App says they don't have time to prepare my order. It's almost 6:30 and they close at 10. There is no way my order takes more than 3 hours to prepare."
